  • Inspiration photos are always welcome. Rather than making an exact copy of another artist’s work, we use your inspiration to create a design in the signature J. Atelier style. Final details may vary based on cake size, materials, and design.

  • Because each order reserves production time and may require advance preparation or ingredient purchases, deposits are generally non-refundable.

  • Our Cloud Cake is a soft, fluffy, Asian-style chiffon cake with a delicate texture and light sweetness. It’s designed for customers who prefer a cake that feels fluffy, moist, and not overly rich.

  • Yes! Our Cloud Cake has a lighter sweetness and softer texture than a traditional American-style cake. It pairs especially well with fresh cream, fresh fruit, and lighter fillings.

  • Fresh cream is light, smooth, and less sweet, with a soft and creamy texture. It’s a great choice if flavor and a lighter eating experience are your priority.
    Buttercream is richer and more structured. Because it holds its shape beautifully, it allows us to create detailed piping, handcrafted flowers, themed decorations, and more intricate cake designs.
